摘要 PURPOSE:To make possible the detection of infrared rays by connecting the positive pole of the pyroelectric element to the gate of an N-channel FET or its negative pole to the gate of a P-channel FET. CONSTITUTION:The positive pole 2 of a PVF pyroelectric element 1 is connected to the gate of an N-channel FET3 or the negative pole of the PVF pyroelectric element to a P-channel FET, although the latter is not illustrated. Here, the PVF refers to the copolymer which is composed primarily of vinyl fluoride homopolymer and vinyl fluoride at preferably 60wt% or more and which is, if necessary, stretched and oriented thence orientation-polarized. Thereby, the detection of infrared rays is made possible.
