A gapless mandrel is arranged as tapered shank with cylindrical part separated one from another with collar with larger diameter, separator with solids of revolution with possibility of axial and radial displacement. At the end cylindrical part of the mandrel uniformly in circle and at its length circular conical grooves are provided, with possibility of interaction with solids of revolution, at that lift of conical grooves is provided to side of collar, besides that solids of revolution are installed in separator with possibility of circular turn without falling out because of magnetization of cylindrical part, and billet clamping is performed through interaction of split and pressing washers. |
