A driver integrated circuit and plat panel display including the same is provided to reduce the number of the wiring of a printed circuit board by reducing the number of an integrated circuit. In a driver integrated circuit and plat panel display, a driver circuit supplies a voltage corresponding to image data to the liquid crystal panel in response to image control signals, and performs the on/off control of the thin film transistors arranged in response to image control signals on the liquid crystal panel. The touch signal processing circuit(300) receives an analog touch signal(TSIGNAL) from the touch screen sensors of the flat display panel. The touch signal processing circuit converts analog touch signals into the digital touch data(TDATA) in response to the touch control signal(TCONTROL). Analog touch signals are inputted to the touch signal processing circuit through signal wires, and the touch signal processing circuit converts received analog touch signals into digital touch data.
