A building expense information storing system is provided to estimate exact expenses according to a building design process and easily review expenses for each design process so as to achieve efficient expense management. A building expense information storing system includes a step(S100) of receiving and storing construction outline information according to a user based on case base, a step(S300) of classifying high position spaces corresponding to floors of a building according to cases of the user based on a database, and a step(S400) of classifying low position spaces corresponding to rooms of the building according to operation of the user.
