PURPOSE:To suppress the influence due to noise without applying a shield by inhibiting the switch input of a clock at the time of driving an electroluminescence display device. CONSTITUTION:Drain output ends J and K of an inverter are connected to the terminal data of a master-slave type FF 7-4, and a voltage signal F is applied to a terminal CL. The FF 7-4 is in a read-in state of data when the input of the terminal CL is OV, and when it is +1.5V, data immediately before +1.5V is produced at a terminal Q. Accordingly, if the pulse of +1.5V of the signal F is generated at a timing where the terminal C and D of the electroluminescence EL display device are +1.5V and stable, the C-MOS type IC does not utterly accept the switch input at the time of driving the EL display device. At the timing of the pulse of +1.5V, it accepts the switch input. Therefore, when the input switch is short-circuit for a time longer than one period of the pulse of the signal F while lighting the EL display device, the switch input is normally supplied without applying any shield. |
