PURPOSE:To improve reliability with effective reduction of thermal generation of an ignition unit by making the amplifying part only of the ignition unit into bonding condition with the housing. CONSTITUTION:A signal unit 13 and an ignition unit 12 are inserted through the opening of a housing 1, the signal unit 13 is inserted into a cylindrical part 4, which are positioned at the prescribed position of the housing 1. And, the instant that a connector part 12c of the ignition unit 12 is inserted into a penetrating hole of the housing 1, a power transistor part is adhered to the receiving seat of the housing 1. In this time, a connecting plug of the ignition unit 12 is tucked into the connecting part of the signal unit 13. Then, the fitting hole of the ignition unit 12 is aligned with the fitting hole of the signal unit 13, a clamping bolt is screwed with a screw hole, by which the signal unit 13 and the ignition unit 12 is incorporatively fixed onto the housing 1. |
