VOLTAGE DIVIDER AND INTERNAL SUPPLY VOLTAGE GENERATION CIRCUIT

A voltage divider and an internal supply voltage generation circuit are provided to improve operation speed by controlling an internal supply voltage according to temperature change. A voltage divider(10) comprises a first transistor(M1) and a second transistor(M2). The first transistor is connected between a first node(N-1) and a second node(N-2). The second transistor is connected between the second node and a ground. The first transistor is operated in a first temperature dependence region according to a first bias voltage(BIAS1). The second transistor is operated in a second temperature dependence region according to a second bias voltage(BIAS2). At least one among the first transistor and the second transistor is not connected to a diode.
