PURPOSE:To operate speedy, high-precision analysis by combining various circuits, such as peak hold, pump control, reset, etc. CONSTITUTION:When the current detected by detector 11 via flow cell 10 is voltage-amplified by amplifier 15 and is inputted to peak hold circuit 16, circuit 16 compares input voltage signals succesively and holds the signal which exhibits the peak value for a certain time, and at the same time, it displays the signal in display device 17 and sends it to pump control circuit 19. Upon receiving this signal, circuit 19 increases the number of revolutions of pump 12 and also increases the flow speed of the sample liquid sucking buffer liquid, and after the passage of a certain time, the previous number of revolutions is restored by reset circuit 18. The analysis in this case can accomplish its object by detecting the peak value of concentration each time the sample liquid is injected. Hence, after this, it is sufficient to discharge it speedily and prepare for introducing the next sample. Consequently, analysis time can be reduced, and at the same time, contamination on the end of the detector can be reduced and analysis precision increased. |
