<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the deviation of detected caused by material mixing rate by providing a dircrimination circuit for judging whether the signal corresponding to the transmitted light intensity of reference light is within the allowable range or not, and also providing a circuit for adjusting gain of the amplification circuit by the judged signal. CONSTITUTION:A signal R corresponding to the transmitted light intensity of reference light and a signal M corresponding to the measured light from a moisture detecting section 1 are applied to an arithmetic unit 4' via a divider 3. These signals are corrected by an arithmetic unit Y which outputs a signal corresponding to the absolute value of the signal R and applied to a divider 6 together with a signal from a bulk weight detecting section 2 to obtain a signal MP corresponding to moisture content percent. The moisture detecting section 1 includes a distinction circuit 14 and a control circuit 15 in order to judge whether the signal R is within the allowable range or not by the distinction circuit and further change gain of an amplification circuit 12 by the control circuit 15. Thus, the signal R is kept at a predetermined range, correction of paper quality can be performed, and the measurement can be effected with high accuracy.</p> |
