The module has a detection and storage unit to detect and store a response time of electrical units with a power supply unit (11) and a microcontroller (13). A control unit iterates stored data, where functions to detect and store turn-on and off times of the units are included using a timer (15) based on time, weekday and calendar week for a simulation operation of inhabitants presence from a normal operation. The control unit iterates the turn-on time related to the data based on time and weekday and habits of inhabitants during inhabitant's absence to control the simulation operation.
