<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an air purifying filter extremely low in pressure loss when a fluid is passed, without deteriorating the adsorption performance of the material adsorbent, by compressing and adhering the adsorbent between elastic bed sheets by using an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive is spread on the opposing surfaces of mesh elastic bed sheets having three-dimesional skeleton structure obtained by the hydrolysis of polyurethane foam. An adsorbent active carbon or the like having 1-5mm grain size is coated between the elasticbed sheets in this state, and the flexible sheets are joined together by pressure to produce a desired air purifying filter. The elastic s bed sheet should have the skeleton structure 9-31 voids/25mm width, and 3- 10mm thickness per sheet. As the adhesive, a pressure-sensitive adhesive should be used preferably.</p> |
