An advertisement intermediation system and a method thereof are provided to make profits to an advertiser and an advertisement agency through an advertisement by using word spreading. An advertiser input information storage unit stores a condition of a corresponding advertisement and a condition for limiting a advertisement receiver receiving the advertisement(S100). The advertisement receiver transmits advertisement contents to an acquaintance corresponding to the advertisement receiver limit condition. Information of the advertisement receiver is stored in a receiver information storage unit of an advertisement check/ transfer unit suitably for the advertisement receiver(S110).
