<p>PURPOSE:To improve mutual fitting accuracy between a rotary head rum and a loading ring by fitting the loading ring on the same member as the rotary head drum member and making an inclined direction of this loading ring against a master flat plane coincide with an inclined direction of the rotary head drum. CONSTITUTION:A tape is drawn from a cassette 10 loaded in a prescribed position, and the loading ring 28 for winding said tape around the rotary head drum 26 disposed aslant against a master flat plane formed by said cassette 10 is fitted on the same member as the member 24 to be fitted with the rotary head drum 26. The inclined direction of said loading ring 28 against the master flat plane is made to coincide with the inclined direction of the rotary head drum 26. By this method, surface processing equipment for individual fitting surfaces of the same member to be fitted with the rotary head drum and the loading ring respectively can be simplified, while the processing accuracy is improved, and the mutual fitting accuracy between the rotary head drum and the loading ring is hence improved.</p> |
