A water wheel 1 is rotated, and an induction generator 2 is driven. From the output requirement P0 and a static head HST, an optimum speed NR is found by a function generating section 7, and a difference between the speed NR and a speed N detected by the increasing or reducing device 61 of a speed controlling section 6 is found, and by signal ER found with proportional control 62, a variable frequency power source 3 is controlled, and obtained excited voltage E is fed to the exciting coil of the induction generator 2. As a result, a system is prevented from getting out of order due to a slight accident for release and the sudden change of a load, and stable trial line charging is continuously kept. |
