UNIT TO SEPARATE SECTION PARTS

FIELD: instrument making. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the units intended for separating section parts from extruded shaped section. The proposed unit is designed to separate section parts from the shaped section moving lengthwise along with a pull block moving along the shaped section. The said pull block comprises a separating device with a saw blade and a knife, plus at least two clamping blocks to fix the pull block on the shaped section. The control device designed to control clamping blocks and separating device allowing for preset length of the shaped section is connected to the clamping blocks and separating device. Note here that the separating device operates aligned with the knife moving across the shaped section lengthwise direction. The control device incorporates a circuit allowing a selective separation of the shaped section with the help of saw blade or knife. ^ EFFECT: reduced loss of material, higher safety and longer life. ^ 5 cl, 2 dwg
