A method of producing amorphous materials in arbitrary volumes from metals and alloys thereof, at which, using volume cooling, at the preset rate casting of arbitrary volume is formed from the melt. Furthermore, at reaching the temperature of crystallization ultrasonic vibrations with wavelength comparable with the dimensions of the structural elements of amorphization are excited at least in two mutually perpendicular planes of the casting and are maintained up to melt cooling lower than temperature of vitrification. |
