PURPOSE:To suppress deformation of the coil in the radial and circumferential directions sufficiently by putting a tube through the inside of the folded part of the coil end over the entire circumference, by injecting foam resin into the tube and by heat-curing the resin. CONSTITUTION:The tube 3 is put through the inside space of the folded part of the stator coil end 2 over the entire circumference, the foam resin 4 is injected into the tube 3 and is heat-cured. In this way, since the foam resin 4 is expanded when heated and is hardened in a state such that the resin infiltrates the gap between respective adjacent coils, the deformation of the coil end in the radial and circumferential directions can be prevented. |
