PURPOSE:To decrease the number of signal conductors by converting pole position sensing signals, Z-phase signals and malfunction detection sensor signals into serial signals and by transmitting said signals. CONSTITUTION:A parallel-serial conversion circuit 32 parallel-serial converts and outputs pole-position sensing signals Pu, Pv, Pw from a pole sensor 5, Z-phase signals from a rotary encoder 6 and signals from a malfunction detection sensor 31. Also, a parallel-serial conversion circuit 33 parallel-serial converts the output of the parallel-serial conversion circuit 32 and A-phase and B-phase signals from the rotary encoder 6, and sends them to a transmission path 3. Further, the serial-parallel conversion circuits 42, 43 of a servo driver 2 serial- parallel convert and output signals which are transmitted to them. |
