PURPOSE:To prevent overall stop from being generated, by arranging current detectors on both the sides of a coupled breaker between two circuits having current detectors for respective circuits and a protective relay, and by detecting the blind spot of an accident with the current detectors, to interrupt the coupled breaker. CONSTITUTION:The input of the output of current detectors CT 1 and CT 3 arranged in incoming circuits 1L and 3L connected with breakers CB 1 and CB 3, to a bus line protective relay B1 and an accident continuation detecting relay CF 1 is provided. Also on the side of a circuit 2L, a device is composed in the same manner. A space between the circuits 1L and 2L is connected with a coupled breaker CB 5, and the input of the output of current detectors CT 5 and CT 6 arranged on both the sides of the breaker CB 5, to a differential relay T1 and relays B1, B2 is provided. For example, when a blind spot accident F1 is generated, then the breaker CB 5 is interrupted by the output of the differential relay T1, and the relay CF 1 is continuously worked, and a fixed time later, the breakers CB l and CB 3 are interrupted from each other. As a result, the side of the circuit 2L is continuously operated, and overall stop is prevented from being generated. |
