PURPOSE:To suppress the damage on the machine part to the minimum by varying the load allotment set quantity of an auxiliary motor when the speed difference between a main motor and the auxiliary motor exceeds a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:A speed difference is generated between an auxiliary DC apparatus 21 and a main DC machine 11 when the machine loss of a load roll driven by an auxiliary DC apparatus 21 has increased greatly and the output torque has become smaller than the load torque. When this speed difference exceeds a predetermined value, a relay amplifier 42 and a relay 43 are actuated. By the operation of the relay 43, the speed difference is integrated by an integrator 44. The output of the integrator 44 is added to the current reference by a current setting resistor 23, and the auxiliary DC apparatus 21 increases the output torque by a current control circuit 25. |
