FIELD: aviation. ^ SUBSTANCE: inventions are related to air on-board system for thermostatting of live load installed in head unit (HU) of carrier rocket, and are used in period of pre-start-up preparation of HU. Method includes injection of thermostatting medium in HU, its flowing along HU length and further flowing out of this unit. Injection is realised above live load simultaneously along HU fairing in its longitudinal plane and in perpendicular direction. At that conditions are created so that vectors of injected medium speeds along HU fairing are directed to the side of upper and lower parts of HU, and speed vector of this medium in perpendicular direction - around HU axis of symmetry. Therefore, swirling is provided with flow of thermostatting medium into HU. On-board system of thermostatting comprises hole for injection of thermostatting medium, hole for its outflow in HU fairing, single-sided valves for these holes, which are hingedly installed in HU fairing. Device is available for medium injection in HU, which is arranged as subsonic diffuser in the form of closed symmetrical reservoir with inlet and three outlet holes. The latter are installed in planes that are perpendicular to plane of diffuser inlet hole location, at that two of them - in mutually perpendicular planes. Guide plates are installed in diffuser, which form channels for thermostatting medium outflow, which connect mentioned inlet and outlet holes. Diffuser is installed above live load near HU fairing so that its inlet hole communicates to hole of injection in fairing. The third outlet hole of diffuser is installed so that swirling is provided as well as medium outflow in direction that is circular relative to HU. ^ EFFECT: improved operational and structural and layout characteristics of on-board thermostatting system. ^ 2 cl, 5 dwg |
