FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to children surgery and orthopaedics and is intended for performing medical-diagnostic arthroscopy of hip joint in children of first months of life with purulent-inflammatory affection of joint. Through anterior-external approach with patient being in on-back position with hip on affected side drawn at 30 degrees with neutral rotation sharp-pointed trocar with diametre 2.4 mm is introduced through arthroscope tube. When joint capsule is reached trocar is replaced with blunt-pointed one. Trocar is introduced into joint cavity. Purulent exudate is aspirated from joint cavity. Optics with 30-degree viewing angle is introduced into arthroscope tube. Visual estimation of condition of sinovial membrane and cartilage cover of bones which form knee joint, as well as of its ligamentous apparatus is carried out. Optics is removed out of arthroscope tube. Joint cavity is washed with aseptic solutions. If dense purulent exudate is present in joint cavity, joint cavity is three times washed with physiological solution for its complete aspiration, after which 2-3 ml of 0.5% novocaine solution are introduced with its complete further aspiration, with further introduction of 0.5 ml of hemodes into joint. Method allows ensure possibility of complete removal of exudate with pathological admixtures without traumatising anatomical formations of joint cavity. In addition, technical result lies in complete and controlled sanation of joint cavity. All said above results in the fact that all patients demonstrated reduction of local manifestations, subsidence of pain syndrome and intoxication in shortest time after performed investigation. ^ EFFECT: reduction of local manifestations, subsidence of pain syndrome and intoxication. ^ 1 cl, 2 ex |
