PURPOSE:To facilitate to manufacture and mount the circumferential segment permitting the circumferential segment to be a solid molding die made of aluminum by a method wherein overall clamping force of the top and the bottom parts is applied to the external circumference where the top part and the bottom part are facing respectively. CONSTITUTION:After a circumferential segment 3 is shifted to the radial direction to the amount of preset fixed dimension, both dies 1, 3 are coupled in order to allow said segment 3 to move upwardly with the top part 1 to provide the tire vulcanizing split die. Besides, the circumferential segment 3 is made of aluminum alloy to form a solid member, overall clamping force of the top part 1 and the bottom part 2 being applied directly to the external circumferences 1a, 2b, where the top part and the bottom part are facing respectively. The clamping force may not be applied to the circumferential segment 3, which may not be necessary to use case iron and enables to use aluminum alloy which allows to design, manufacture, and mount with ease, and also lengthen the life thereof. |
