PRODUCTION OF RESINNMOLDED COIL

PURPOSE:To produce a resin-molded coil simply without use of a metal die by means of a hardened film formed on a highly sticky material coated on the end of a plain coil with the irradiation of light thereon before the impregnation. CONSTITUTION:A filler 11 is inserted into a groove-shaped space formed between the inside insulating layer 10, an interlaminar insulating paper 7 and an outside insulating layer 9. Then, a highly sticky material 13 prone to being hardened by ultraviolet rays is applied on both ends of the coil. Ultraviolet rays are irradiated on both the ends of the coil with an ultraviolet ray generator turning it on a rotary device 12 to form a hardened film.
