<p>Two or more pieces of sheet metal (1, 2) are deformed to form a load bearing component for a wall or roof. Ducts for a fluid medium (3) are provided in the prefabricated unit incorporating collectors for solar heat. Rebates, stem pieces or grooves are formed in at the same time. A pane (6) allowing passage of heat rays may be inserted on the side facing the sun, at an interval from the ducts.
