Monorail wide span hollow welded sections - have filling plates in ends and end plates welded on supports

The box-shaped hollow units are butt-welded together and firmly welded onto upright supports, to make up a rail for a single-rail track. A plate (4) is inserted in the ends (1a) of each hollow profile (1) unit, filling its whole open cross-section. Welded profile ends are each firmly welded on a plate (2) mounted on the top end of a support (3). The filling plates are pref. inserted at a short interval from profile ends and welded in. The elements are easily transported and assembled and are stable, even with wide spaces between supports.
