Metering vessel for liquids uses >=1 piezo ceramic small tubes which function as pumps. They are mounted in the line out of the holding vessel, which is of a flexible material. The device is mounted in a housing and can have a flexible panel in the wall. Connections can be made by means of a quick release coupling of the type of a fireman's hose. The piezoceramic element surrounds a spray head with a felt ring. The element is driven by a battery device through an electrical chopper. For use with medicinal solns. and preparing aerosols etc. for medicinal and dentistry uses. Gives simple but accurate metering without the use of fluorinated chlorohydrocarbons, suitable for local application esp. for perfumes, deodorants or etherified oils, can be used for asthma patients.
