PURPOSE:Molding machine, made possible the molding having a uniform hardness, by composing the mold by the upper and lower molding flasks, mold board and upper and lower squeeze plates movable in a fixed direction and compressing by the upper and lower squeeze plates after supplying molding sand from the upper part. CONSTITUTION:The lower squeeze board 9 and the lower molding flask 23 are overlapped by operating the frame fitting cylinder 16 and next, a fixed amount of the molding sand 44 in the hopper 42 is thrown by opening the damper parts 43. Then, the mold board 34 is positioned between the lower mold 23 and the upper molding flask 27 by operating the cylinder 31 and the mold 23 is fitted with the board 34 by operating the cylinder 16 again and moreover, is overlapped on the flask 27. Next, a fixed amount of the sand 44 is thrown by opening the damper parts 43 again. Further, the upper squeeze board 36 is moved facing upward against the board 9 by operating the cylinder 40. After that, upper opening part of the flask 27 is closely sealed by the board 36 by operating the cylinder 16 and the sand 44 is made dense by blowing compressed air through the supply hole 37 and moreover, is hardened by operating the squeeze cylinder 5. |
