PURPOSE:To enable to feed automatically a metal substrate with reduction of press working time by a method wherein a metal substrate is pressed with a press die provided for the top part and the bottom part in resin molding the metal substrate. CONSTITUTION:A metal substrate 1 is located at a fixed position of the bottom part 7, a cavity die 11 being moved downwardly to clamp the die, allowing the metal substrate 1 to fix between the bottom die 7 and the cavity die 11. Next, a press die 12 located on the cavity die 11 is moved downwardly to clamp, allowing the point of the projection 15 to press in the tongue 4 for press working. Lastly, the melted resin is pouring through the runner grooves 3A, 3B, 3C to fill the cavities 13A, 13B, 13C, 8A-8D. Since the metal substrate 1 may not be necessary to be pressed preliminarily, the metal substrate 1 can feed automatically and easily into the die with flat thereof. |
