FIELD: aircraft engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: window frame comprises outer flange with various thickness in various radial zones, inner flange and vertical flange arranged between said outer and inner flanges and perpendicular thereto. Window frame is jointed to aircraft airframe over its outer flange. Transparent part of said window is attached to inner flange and made from resin reinforced by fiber bundles arranged in one direction. Fiber bundle outer zones coming from outer to inner flange are arranged at an angle to peripheral motion along window frame. Method of producing above described frame consists in placing frame workpiece made from fiber bundles arranged in one direction in injection mould whereto warmed up resin is injected, resultant product being solidified in said injection mould. ^ EFFECT: reduced weight. ^ 4 cl, 12 dwg |
