FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of product includes following stages: providing of presence of electroconductive basic part, application of layer on section of surface of basic part, herewith mentioned layer contains refractory metal or alloy of refractory metal and treatment of mentioned alloy, at which, at least, part of mentioned layer is transformed into electroconductive ceramic material. Mentioned stage of treatment includes application of non-metallic substance on mentioned layer with receiving in the issue of ceramic material, containing refractory metal, metal present in basic part and non-metallic substance. ^ EFFECT: product allows corrosion stability and conductivity. ^ 15 cl, 3 dwg |
