FIELD: oil-and-gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention related to oil-and-gas production, particularly to pump bar manufacturing method. Pump bar manufacturing method includes void bar manufacturing and installation of a rod inside it with fixed with end stops. At that execute inside rod stretching after fixing it with end stops inside void bar, by applying tensile loading to void bar, in range of its relative elastic strength with the following unloading. Also inside rod made of material with elasticity limit, exceeding void bar relative yield limit. ^ EFFECT: pump bar functionality increase during its operation in hard operating conditions due to use of material with different physico - chemical properties. ^ 1 dwg |
