PURPOSE:To facilitate the operation of a motor by suppressing the starting of the motor when the starting switch is already closed in closing a power switch, and simplifying the release of the interlocked state of the starting switch. CONSTITUTION:When a power source switch SW1 is closed, the potential of a capacitor C1 becomes gradually V22+V23. Then, when a starting switch SW2 is closed, a voltage Vcc1 is applied to a control circuit CC, and a motor M is started. In the case where the power source SW1 is closed in a state where the starting switch SW2 is closed, a transistor Q3 becomes conductive, and a transistor Q1 becomes conductive so that the motor M is not started. This holding state is released by opening the starting switch SW2, and at the time of reclosing the starting switch SW2, the potential of the capacitor C1 is increased to V22+V23, and therefore the starting of the motor M becomes possible. |
