Thecardboard folding box has an inner box part for use as a display container. It is made from a single blank sheet (1), the side walls (21, 22) of the inner box (6) being attached by connecting flaps to the free ends of the base flaps. The top part (5) of the box is removable along a dividing line (2). The length of the connecting flaps may be equal to half the box width, while the side walls of the inner box part can be joined together at their ends. The outer box may have at the level of the inner box part lower side a peripheral tier-open strap with adhesive on its back.
