PURPOSE:To achieve the improvement of the captioned treating performance and the reduction of pressure-feeding force by feeding the waste materials which are fed linearly from a conveying mechanism into a compression feed mechanism into a disintegrating mechanism by two-way pressure feeding forces after compression and subjecting these to two-stage shearing in the width and length directions. CONSTITUTION:Amorphous coarse waste materials are pressed and compressed by the lower tapered surface of a compression conveyor 24 on the way of being conveyed by a panel conveyor 22 and are fed into a compression feed mechanism 10 by way of a transfer doctor 11. In the mechanism 10, the waste materials are again compressed by the pressure block 322 which is moved vertically in synchronization with the cutter block 320 of the 1st shearing means 32 of a shearing and disintegrating mechanism 30, thus they are made to a fixed size through disintegration by compression. The waste materials are fed by each fixed length into the mechanism 30 by the starting of a side pusher 12 then flap pushser 13 and they are shorn in the width direction by a means 32, after which they are shorn in the length direction by the shearing means 34 having a movable blade 346 moved horizontally by a cylinder 350 and a stationary blade 348. |
