PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of burr in the outer circumference of the magnet when the motor is molded by a mold by mounting a rotor of a permanent magnet on the shaft that penetrates the bottom of the stator yoke and by putting a cylindrical tube of synthetic resin between the rotor and the shaft. CONSTITUTION:The magnet 1 and the stator yoke 3 are put in the mold D that consists of the upper and lower molds 7, 8, the cylindrical part 3a of the stator yoke is placed in the outer slot 10 of the lower mold 8 and the magnet 1 in the inner slot 13 between the central projected axis 11 and its outer circumferential projected cylinder 12. The axis 14, which is projected from the center of the upper mold 7 that is in contact with the outside of the bottom of the stator yoke 3, is made contact with the axis 11 in the cylinder hole 9 of the magnet 1 to form a space that spreads from the inner circumference of the hold 9 to the circumferential edge of the through hole 6 of the stator yoke, synthetic resin is injected from the inlet 15 of the upper mold 7 into the space to shape the cylindrical shaft 4. Also the ring packing 16 of elastic material is fitted between the inner bottom face of the stator yoke and the end face of the magnet, and another one of the same kind is put between the other end face of the magnet 1 and the lower mold 8. |
