PURPOSE:To reduce the outflow of the resin from the insulating layer by wrapping a tape for producing bags containing a resin hardening catalyst on the outer surface of the main insulating layer to prevent the outflow of the resin. CONSTITUTION:When an electrical coil impregnated with a resin is hardened in the heating furnace, it begins to be hardened from the insulation on the outer surface thereof directly contacting the atmosphere of the heating furnace and gradually toward the inside. Therefore, when wrapped on the outer layer, a tape for producing bags containing a catalyst for hardening the resin injected allows the resin to be hardened in the tape portion to form a bag over the entire electrical coil. Accordingly, an even insulating layer is obtained checking the outflow of the resin from the insulating layer. |
