A fixed binding and connecting terminal between on the one hand a supply network of drinking water (5) and an electric network (11) and on the other hand a fixed or mobile sanitary unit, this therminal also ensuring the connection between this unit and a drainage network for sewage water (32) and waster water (20, 29), the terminal being characterized in that it is formed of a block made of resistant material formed of two celles of which the main cell (4, 31) is embedded in the ground, its upper face (15) being flush with the ground, whereas the other cell (1, 30) forms the emerging part of the terminal, this block being provided with connections (7, 8, 23, 24, 35, 37) to join it to the sanitary unit equipped with additional connections, the said block regrouping in its lower cell (4, 31) the drainage network for the sewage water (22-34) and waste water (32-28) and in its upper cell the supply network of drinking water (5) as well as the electric network (11).
