PURPOSE:To protect the user of the watch from hematophagous mosquitoes by providing a function which generates the acoustic waves resembling to the mosquito's flying sound other than an alarm sound producing function to the electronic watch with alarm. CONSTITUTION:When the time having been set with an alarm time setter 8 and the count contents of a time counter 4 coincide, a detection signal is output from an alarm time detecting circuit 9 and an alarm sound is produced from an alarm sound producer 10. When a signal is output from a manual operating device 11 by operating an external operating member, the insectrepelling sounds resembling to the flying sounds of male mosquitoes are produced from an insectrepelling sound producer 13. |
