PURPOSE:To process effectively accounting information by making use of a computer by sending data on money-amount totalization paper generated by making use of an electronic desk-top calculator to a place where the computer is installed by the telephone facsimile. CONSTITUTION:A recording electronic desk-top calculator which can memorize many number-group items or characters and the sums of money by totalizing is utilized to generate record and money-amount totalization paper 1. From a transaction place to where a computer equipment is installed, the data of this amount totalization paper 1 is transferred by the telephone facsimile being as it is or attached at appending columns 4A-6A of appending paper 2 to enter needed items in entry frame 3 or entry columns 3A-3F of appending paper 2. Then, the telephone-transmitted record is input to the computer equipment and the data on a document output on the basis of this record are electrically transmitted to the transaction plate by the telephone facsimile, so that management information will effectively be processed by the use of the computer. |
