PURPOSE:To protect against adhesion of resin, impregnated through a side of a laminated sheet, to a metal sheet and to produce a laminated sheet in a short time, by a method wherein the lamination is such that thickness of an uppermost layer and a lowermost layer, of an object laminated with a dry paper or a cloth impregnated with resin and a copper foil, which are in contact with a metal sheet for a mold, is wider than that of an intermediate layer. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg is formed such that a lamination base material, such as papers, cloths, is impregnated with thermoplastic resin varnish for drying. A suitable number of the prepregs are laminated such that an uppermost layer and a lowermost layer thereof is about 60mm thicker than an intermediate layer. In addition, a copper foil, which is 0.018-0.105mm thick and has a purity of 99.5% or more, is laminated on both sides or one side thereof if necessary. So laminated object positioned between the nip formed by two nold metal sheets is inserted into between two heat boards for heat-pressurizing to form a laminated sheet. This protects against adhesion of excessive resin, percolated from the side of the laminated sheet, to a metal sheet, and prevents the occurrence of blocking. This permits an easy mold-releasing, and thus, a working hour required for removal of the laminated sheet can be shortened.
|
