The present invention relates to an eco-friendly water-based elastic waterproof coating composition for an interior and exterior finishing material for a building, and a method for producing the same. The composition according to the present invention comprises styrene-butadiene rubber, propylene glycol, butylacryl-2-ethylhexyl acrylate methylmethacrylate-acrylsilane copolymer, sodium polyacrylate-2-sodium carboxymethylcellulose, titanium dioxide, terra alba powder, shell powder, calcium carbonate powder, mineral powder, inorganic pigment, neutral water and colloidal silica. According to the present invention, the composition has various functional properties, including waterproof property, heat resistance, anti-corrosive property, anti-microbial property, elasticity (stretchability), electrical insulation property, chemical resistance, durability, weather resistance, wear resistance, adhesive property and anti-aging property, and thus prevents water leakage, cracking, swelling, failure, wind pressure, perforation, contamination, discoloration, electric current, propagation of mold and bacteria, radioactive radon emission, heat energy loss, noise, corrosion and corruption occurring in the interior and exterior of a building, and thus preserves the life of a building semi-permanently and improves and protects atmospheric environment, water environment and urban environment. |
