The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of conjugated diene. More particularly, the manufacturing method of conjugated diene manufactures conjugated diene such as butadiene or the like by contact oxidation dehydrogenation reaction of monoolefin such as n-butene or the like. Also, the manufacturing method does not increase the amount of generated wastewater by distilling an effluent discharged by cooling, and can effectively remove hardened byproducts during a cooling step.
