PURPOSE:To simplify winding operation, by a method wherein a cylindrical bobbin on which wire is to be wound is made of an elastic body, a cut is made on its axial direction, and after this bobbin is fitted on a ring-shaped, solid rolled iron core, the bobbin is turned and wire is wound on it. CONSTITUTION:When a cylindrical bobbin 1 is formed by using elastic material, a gear 3 is fitted on its one end in the axial direction and flange 2 on the other end. Further, cut 14 is made over the entire length in the axial direction. By utilizing the elasticity of the bobbin, the cut 14 is spread in the directions shown by arrows 13 and the bobbin is fitted on a part of solid ring-shaped core 5. Subsequently, one end of a wire is tentatively fixed on the bobbin, and the wire is wound on it by turning the bobbin 1 with its gear 3 engaged with a driving gear. By this, winding operation is simplified, and at the same time, it is made possible to use a solid rolled iron core, so that magnetic loss can be reduced. |
