For patients who suffer from urinary incontinence and who must therefore constantly wear a urine-collecting bag, it is essential for their comfort that the urine bag is optimally fixed with regard to its position and place of attachment. To this end, a mounting device contains a one- legged knicker 10, the sole knicker leg 11 of which is designed to enclose a leg of the patient, a pocket 15 for the urine bag 1, which pocket is arranged on the knicker leg 11 in a region directly beneath the crutch region, and a waist strap 12 arranged at the uppermost edge or band of the knicker. <IMAGE>
