According to the present invention, a system for displaying urban planning information for a land suitability assessment by using common ID information of the same thematic map data comprises a management server and a user client. According to the present invention, the management server individualizes urban planning information including thematic map data into a unit section and processes data communication and a subsequent processing related to the data communication based on the unit section. The user client corresponding to the management server performs bidirectional communication with the management server, transmits optimized information necessary for a display region, receives feedback data about the optimized information, and displays the urban planning information on a screen display means through sequential merging of an individual object block corresponding to the display region. |
