摘要 The copper base alloy has the hardness of HRB 90-99 and the good workability. The mixt. of 50.25-51.25 % Cu, 23.25 - 24.2 % Zn, 0.10 0.15 % Sn, 0.065 - 0.068 % Fe and 25 - 26 % Al is alloyed at 1100≦̸C for 14 - 16 min. before Aluminum is burned. After that the mixt. of 53.6 - 54 % Cu, 24.8 - 25.8% Zn, 1.5 - 2 % Sn, 0.005 - 0.068 % Fe and 20 - 21 % of the alloy above is alloyed at 1100≦̸C. And then, the plastic injection mold alloy is after all 63 - 64.8 wt % Cu, 30 - 31 % Zn, 5 - 6 % Al, 0.10 - 0.15 % Sn and 0.005 - 0.068 % Fe containing little impurities.
