PURPOSE:To reduce the processing unit cost and shorten the call set time and call restoration time, by detecting the change point between one continuous transmission state of terminals and the network and the specific pattern continous transmission state to perform connection control of terminals. CONSTITUTION:Change between one continuous pattern of the idle state and a specific F continuous pattern of a terminal on receiving line R is detected by change detection circuit F11, and change information is sent to connection control processing part F12 to perform connection control for call, response, communication, disconnection, etc., of the sending terminal. Consequently, connection control of terminals can be realized with a simple wired logic circuit. |
