PURPOSE:To make it possible to form easily and accurately even the diaphragm of a complicated form, by forming the diaphragm by electroforming. CONSTITUTION:The first electrode 13 where the surface form is the form of cap 6 of a part of diaphragm 5 and the second electrode 14 which is the metal itself to be plated such as copper, nickel and aluminum are inserted into plating liquid, and plating is performed. After plating completion, the plating layer is exfoliated from electrode 13 to form a diaphragm, namely, cap 6. Thus, even the diaphragm of a complicated form can be formed easily and accurately by using electroforming. Besides cap 6, a balance drive diaphragm and a diaphragm for horn type loudspeaker can be formed also by the similar method. |
