PURPOSE:To eliminate weakening or biasing problem of a magnetic field in the tube, by eliminating missing and falling parts in the coupling part of input and output. CONSTITUTION:A lowermost end hollow 9 that constitutes a slow-wave circuit is coupled in such a configuration as to perpendicularly intersect a waveguide 10 of sector-shaped section axially extending of the tube in its bottom face. Said sector- sectional waveguide 10, after being extended along the direction of the tube axis by the distance of a limited length, is coupled with a flat waveguide 12 constructed in the pad interior of a lowermost end pole piece 11 in the direction perpendicular to that of the tube axis. In its coupled portion, is provided a conical tapered part 13 as seen in a conventional corner waveguide. |
